Fishing

Here at Mellonwatts Mill we take pride in giving the very best, to keen fishermen from novice to advanced. Mellonwatts Mill was established in 1985 and is situated by an old mill which dates back to the early 18th century and some of the old mill can still be seen, to this day. The lake is set in beautiful surroundings and is approx 2 acres in size. We have a very good selection of fish such as Carp, Roach, Tench and Golden Rudd, which have now grown to a very juicy size. We have recently added some more mirror and common carp to our existing stock.

The Carp range from 1lb to 28lb in weight. We are open all year round, prices start from £5.00 per day. There is good car parking facilities, clean toilets and refreshments can be supplied if pre-arranged. The lakes are only a few hundred yards away from the campsite so you can have a really interesting holiday combining your passion and holiday together.
